Avemore Rare Gem at Le Verger

Care was taken during the renovation of the old dungeon at Le Verger, turning the space into our "rare gem". A cosy apartment with a fully equipped kitchen where you can enjoy your first cup of coffee or home-cooked meal. Light the braai, pop open a bottle of local wine, swim a few laps in the communal natural pool, and truly immerse yourself in the beautiful Winelands.

The gardens at Le Verger invite you to take a walk, enjoying the truly beautiful views. The old olive grove is a firm favorite, where you will have views over the Valley. As a basement unit, the ceilings are a bit lower for our more towering guests if you are over 6 feet, you might need to duck, as our ceiling height is 2 meters at Rare gem.

All our Avemore apartments are family-friendly and especially well suited for families travelling with babies and toddlers. To make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible, we are happy to provide a baby crib, high chair, and baby bath on request.

We are conveniently located within easy reach of the airport in Cape Town, and getting around is simple with Uber being easy to find and widely available.
