Le Verger Rare Gem Apartment

Avemore le Verger Rare Gem is tucked away in a shady, green, and serene corner of the Stellenbosch Winelands, with views of olive groves, vineyards, and the spectacular Helderberg Mountains situated in Devon Valley only 6 km from Central Stellenbosch.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-size bed and offers an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a toilet, and a basin. All Avemore apartments are family-friendly and guests are welcome to request a crib, baby chair and baby bath. We offer ample parking behind the electrical gate. Our electrical fencing and fantastic security team make sure our guests feel most welcome. This accommodation has backup power during loadshedding.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, bar fridge, induction plate, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery and a breakfast nook for self-catering making sure you will have everything you need to make a long stay most memorable. A washer/dryer is also provided in your kitchen.

Avemore has a natural water supply that might have a slightly different colour due to naturally occurring tannins in the water, all our water goes through a very extensive purifying system and is safe to use.

The pool offers beautiful views where guests can unwind. Simply relax and enjoy the olive grove, or spend quiet afternoons taking in the most breathtaking views amid unspoiled nature. Guests can light the braai, pop open a bottle of local wine, swim a few laps in the communal natural pool, and truly immerse in Wineland. We have a list of amazing wine farms and restaurants if a guest would like us to share it.

Check-In is possible from 14h00 and Check-Out time is by 10h00


Pre-Payment Policy
100% Deposit is required to secure your booking.
No Pets Allowed
No Smoking Allowed
No Parties

Cancellation Policy
If cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival, you are liable for 100% of the booking total
If cancelled 60-31 days prior to arrival, you are liable for 50% of the booking total.
An admin fee of up to 10% of the booking value is charged for cancellations made 61 days or more before arrival.
Early check out and no show - will forfeit full booking total

Parking
Kindly ensure that you park on the allocated parking spot. Failure to do so may result in Avemore Apartments incurring a fine which you would then be liable to pay. In the unlikely event that someone else has parked on your allocated spot, kindly take a picture of the vehicle registration number and send it to us so that we may report the matter to the relevant Body Corporate.

Breakage Deposit
There is no breakage deposit required, but guests will be invoiced upon Check-Out, should there be any breakages or stains on furniture/linen, additional cleaning will be charged in extreme cases. Breakages are payable within 7 days of receiving your breakage invoice.

We are happy to let you know that Avemore Rare Gem has a back-up power supply to cover you during electricity load-shedding which affects South Africa from time to time.

Please also ensure that air conditioners are turned off when leaving the apartment.
Our back up system will make sure you have a wonderful stay.
