Avemore Wag n Bietjie offers two Daikin air-conditioned bedrooms with quality comfortable beds (one king size one double bed), both supplied with a lockable safe, hairdryer, electric blanket, crisp linen and towels. Along with our lovely décor and furniture you will have free internet, free parking for one vehicle. The kitchen is fully equipped with Nespresso Machine, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer combo and more. There is a communal garden with braai facilities. Guests can log into their Netflix profile on the TV.

Wag 'n bietjie no 1 is ideal for leisure travellers, wedding guests, parents visiting their children at the University of Stellenbosch that’s only 950m away and Businessmen wanting to be close to all the JSE listed companies and banks. Asara Wine Estate (5km) and Jonkershoek Nature Reserve (10 km) are also close by and Cape Town International Airport is Located 28 km away.

All Avemore apartments are family-friendly and a crib and chair are available for a baby upon request. Guests can swim, braai or have a picnic at the lovely Le Verger in Devon Valley. Just let us know when you would like to visit Le Verger.

Check-In is possible from 14h00 and Check-Out time is by 10h00


Pre-Payment Policy
100% Deposit is required to secure your booking.
No Pets Allowed
No Smoking Allowed
No Parties

Cancellation Policy
If cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival, you are liable for 100% of the booking total
If cancelled 60-31 days prior to arrival, you are liable for 50% of the booking total.
An admin fee of up to 10% of the booking value is charged for cancellations made 61 days or more before arrival.
Early check out and no show - will forfeit full booking total

Parking
Kindly ensure that you park on the allocated parking spot. Failure to do so may result in Avemore Apartments incurring a fine which you would then be liable to pay. In the unlikely event that someone else has parked on your allocated spot, kindly take a picture of the vehicle registration number and send it to us so that we may report the matter to the relevant Body Corporate.

Breakage Deposit
There is no breakage deposit required, but guests will be invoiced upon Check-Out, should there be any breakages or stains on furniture/linen, additional cleaning will be charged in extreme cases. Breakages are payable within 7 days of receiving your breakage invoice.

Kindly note that due to the current load-shedding across South Africa, we have implemented the following measures to keep you as comfortable as possible during the outages. Where possible we have inserted
rechargeable light bulbs in the apartment (to ensure that they work during load-shedding it is adviseable to turn the lights on to charge when there is power). We also have backup power supplies on all of our Wifi routers to keep you connected.
