Avemore at Vredehof 3 is situated in beautiful Stellenbosch, across the road from Bloemhof Girls High School. This is the perfect getaway spot for those seeking accommodation away from the busy city life.
The self-catering unit is suited to accommodate up to 2 guests and comes equipped with a super comfy king-size bed with a bathroom. Other facilities include a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine/dryer combo, a Nespresso machine, gas hob, a spacious lounge/dining area, modern decor and furniture, and free Wi-Fi. We have installed a Victron backup system to make your stay during load shedding very pleasant. Our fully equipped kitchen will ensure a long stay to be very memorable. This property also has a aircon which guests can use. Guests can sign in with their Netflix profile on the TV.
Your own small courtyard garden, with shady trees, lounger chairs and Weber braai, will be for those days you wish to stay home and relax. Free parking for one car behind the electrical gate is a large bonus in Stellies.
A cot, baby chair and baby bath are available upon request. At Avemore we love welcoming families. Our small Olive farm Le Verger in the Devon Valley has a beautiful pool that you are welcome to use. We can also assist should you arrive before arrival time or have a later flight with the storage facility. You just need to reach out to our team.

Pre-Payment Policy
100% Deposit is required to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy
If cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival, you are liable for 100% of the booking total
If cancelled 60-31 days prior to arrival, you are liable for 50% of the booking total.
An admin fee of up to 10% of the booking value is charged for cancellations made 61 days or more before arrival.
Early check out and no show - will forfeit full booking total
Parking
Kindly ensure that you park on the allocated parking spot. Failure to do so may result in Avemore Apartments incurring a fine which you would then be liable to pay. In the unlikely event that someone else has parked on your allocated spot, kindly take a picture of the vehicle registration number and send it to us so that we may report the matter to the relevant Body Corporate.
Breakage Deposit
There is no breakage deposit required, but guests will be invoiced upon Check-Out, should there be any breakages or stains on furniture/linen, additional cleaning will be charged in extreme cases. Breakages are payable within 7 days of receiving your breakage invoice.
We are happy to let you know that Avemore Vredehof No 3 has a back-up power supply to cover you during electricity load-shedding which affects South Africa from time to time.
To ensure that you have power available throughout the load-shedding slot, please alternate the use of the following appliances as using them all at the same time may deplete the battery too quickly:
• Microwave
• Kettle
• Toaster
• Air-conditioners.
Please also ensure that air conditioners are turned off when leaving the apartment.
During loadshedding the electric stove will not work, we have installed a gas hob that you may use for that period. Our back up system will make sure you have a wonderful stay.
