Avemore Mareba Court No 9 is located in Central Historic Stellenbosch. The apartment is ideal for leisure travellers, wedding guests, parents visiting their children at the University of Stellenbosch or parents coming to watch sports at the Paul Roos Gymnasium and Coetzenburg athletics stadium which is 550 m from the apartment. This unit has an inverter that can power the apartment except the stove and oven. There is however a small gas stove which may be used as well.

This private self-catering apartment offers 2 air-conditioned bedrooms and is suited to accommodate up to 4 guests. Both bedrooms come equipped with a king-size bed in each as well as a lockable safe, hairdryer, electric blanket, linen and towels. The unit comes equipped with 2 bathrooms both fitted with a shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Nespresso Machine, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and overlooks the open-plan family dining area and lounge.

Other facilities include a satellite TV where guests can sign into their Netflix profile, Wi-Fi, undercover parking for 2 vehicles, a private courtyard and braai area. The guests has access to use the swimming pool at Le Verger.

Pre-Payment Policy
100% Deposit is required to secure your booking.
No Pets Allowed
No Smoking Allowed
No Parties

Cancellation Policy
If cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival, you are liable for 100% of the booking total
If cancelled 60-31 days prior to arrival, you are liable for 50% of the booking total.
An admin fee of up to 10% of the booking value is charged for cancellations made 61 days or more before arrival.
Early check out and no show - will forfeit full booking total

Parking
Kindly ensure that you park on the allocated parking spot. Failure to do so may result in Avemore Apartments incurring a fine which you would then be liable to pay. In the unlikely event that someone else has parked on your allocated spot, kindly take a picture of the vehicle registration number and send it to us so that we may report the matter to the relevant Body Corporate.

Breakage Deposit
There is no breakage deposit required, but guests will be invoiced upon Check-Out, should there be any breakages or stains on furniture/linen, additional cleaning will be charged in extreme cases. Breakages are payable within 7 days of receiving your breakage invoice.

We are happy to let you know that Avemore Mareba Court No 9 has a back-up power supply to cover you during electricity load-shedding which affects South Africa from time to time.
To ensure that you have power available throughout the load-shedding slot, please alternate the use of the following appliances as using them all at the same time may deplete the battery too quickly:
• Microwave
• Kettle
• Toaster
• Air-conditioners.
Please also ensure that air conditioners are turned off when leaving the apartment.
During loadshedding the electric stove will not work, we have installed a gas hob that you may use for that period.
Our back up system will make sure you have a wonderful stay.
