Avemore Jan Cats 5 is ideally located in the old historic quarter of Stellenbosch and offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a tastefully decorated 2-bedroom two two-bathroom apartment situated in prime central historic Stellies. This unit has a Victron inverter to make your stay even more memorable during load shedding.

Enjoy the open-plan living with a fully equipped kitchen, making long stays most comfortable. Bedroom one features a king-size bed, bedroom two a queen-size bed, electric blankets, air-conditioning, hairdryers, digital safes, and crisp linen and towels are provided.

All our Avemore apartments are family-friendly, and a cot and chair can be provided for a baby. Guests can visit Avemore Le Verger in the Devon Valley to swim or braai.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen fitted with a dishwasher, wash and dryer machine, and a Nespresso machine. Other in-room facilities include TV and Wi-Fi. Guests can sign into with their Netflix profile.

A gas hob is also available during load shedding.

Pre-Payment Policy
100% Deposit is required to secure your booking.
No Pets Allowed
No Smoking Allowed
No Parties

Cancellation Policy
If cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival, you are liable for 100% of the booking total
If cancelled 60-31 days prior to arrival, you are liable for 50% of the booking total.
An admin fee of up to 10% of the booking value is charged for cancellations made 61 days or more before arrival.
Early check out and no show - will forfeit full booking total

Parking
Kindly ensure that you park on the allocated parking spot. Failure to do so may result in Avemore Apartments incurring a fine which you would then be liable to pay. In the unlikely event that someone else has parked on your allocated spot, kindly take a picture of the vehicle registration number and send it to us so that we may report the matter to the relevant Body Corporate.

Breakage Deposit
There is no breakage deposit required, but guests will be invoiced upon Check-Out, should there be any breakages or stains on furniture/linen, additional cleaning will be charged in extreme cases. Breakages are payable within 7 days of receiving your breakage invoice.

We are happy to let you know that Avemore Jan Cats No 5has a back-up power supply to cover you during electricity load-shedding which affects South Africa from time to time.
To ensure that you have power available throughout the load-shedding slot, please alternate the use of the following appliances as using them all at the same time may deplete the battery too quickly:
• Microwave
• Kettle
• Toaster
• Air-conditioners.
Please also ensure that air conditioners are turned off when leaving the apartment. 
During loadshedding the electric stove will not work, we have installed a gas hob that you may use for that period. Our back up system will make sure you have a wonderful stay.
