We find that our Avemore guests prefer and love the privacy that our apartments offer, more so than staying in a hotel. The fully equipped kitchen & Free Parking is a big bonus.

You will have free basement parking for one car. Your apartment is equipped with king size bed and cosy table for two to enjoy meals. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has a lovely large shower.

Elana takes care of the cleaning of all our Avemore apartments and will be in touch with you before your arrival and during your stay to make sure you have a wonderful time.

Avemore apartments are family friendly, should you like us to provide you with a crib, baby chair and bath for your little one let us know. You are also most welcome to use the communal braai and beautiful pool area at our Le Verger Olive farm in the Devon Valley only 9 min from town. Just let us know when you would like to visit the farm.

Check-In is possible from 14h00 and Check-Out time is by 10h00


Pre-Payment Policy
100% Deposit is required to secure your booking.
No Pets Allowed
No Smoking Allowed
No Parties

Cancellation Policy
If cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival, you are liable for 100% of the booking total
If cancelled 60-31 days prior to arrival, you are liable for 50% of the booking total.
An admin fee of up to 10% of the booking value is charged for cancellations made 61 days or more before arrival.
Early check out and no show - will forfeit full booking total

Parking
Kindly ensure that you park on the allocated parking spot. Failure to do so may result in Avemore Apartments incurring a fine which you would then be liable to pay. In the unlikely event that someone else has parked on your allocated spot, kindly take a picture of the vehicle registration number and send it to us so that we may report the matter to the relevant Body Corporate.

Breakage Deposit
There is no breakage deposit required, but guests will be invoiced upon Check-Out, should there be any breakages or stains on furniture/linen, additional cleaning will be charged in extreme cases. Breakages are payable within 7 days of receiving your breakage invoice.

Kindly note that due to the current load-shedding across South Africa, we have implemented the following measures to keep you as comfortable as possible during the outages. Where possible we have inserted
rechargeable light bulbs in the apartment (to ensure that they work during load-shedding it is adviseable to turn the lights on to charge when there is power). We also have backup power supplies on all of our Wifi routers to keep you connected. In buildings. Please take note that the lift/elevator will not work during load shedding.
