Booking Terms and Conditions


At Avemore we strive to give each guest the best possible stay. In order to keep our standard so high we had to implement the following.
Please read through the following information, as this is deemed to form part of your booking form, that you agree to and accept all terms and conditions of upon booking.

Check-In is possible from 14h00 and Check-Out time is by 10h00

PRE-PAYMENT POLICY
30% Deposit is required to secure your booking, the remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.
100% Deposit required for 1 Night Stays

No Pets Allowed
No Smoking Allowed
No Parties
                       
CANCELLATION POLICY
 If cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival, you are liable for 100% of the booking total
If cancelled 15 days or longer prior to arrival, you are liable for 30% of the booking total.
Early checkout  and no show - will forfeit full booking total
                       
BREAKAGE DEPOSIT
There is no breakage deposit required, but guests will be invoiced upon Check-Out, should there be any breakages or stains on furniture/linen, additional cleaning will be charged in extreme cases. Breakages are payable within 7 days of receiving you breakage invoice.

Conditions of Reservation
The Manager, Agent and/or Owner shall not be responsible for any injury, accident or damage which may at any time be suffered by the Guest or any member of his family or visitors, including any loss that they may suffer through burglary, or from any defects in the construction of the building or from any other cause whatsoever, without exception, including damage resulting from fire, flood, lightning or other act of God, war, riots and other civil disturbances. whether or not such loss be occasioned by any act, neglect or default of the Manager, Agent and/or Owner or any employee of the Manager, Agent and/or Owner or any other Guest on the property. Without prejudice to any of our (Avemore Properties (Pty) Ltd) rights, you (the Lessee) hereby consents to the jurisdiction of the Magistrate’s Court of Glencoe, Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa in respect of any disputes that arises between us or any action that we institute against you in connection with any matter relating to your dealings with us (including but not limited to any outstanding rentals, damages or any other amount due) notwithstanding that the action or proceedings would otherwise be outside that jurisdiction. You further agree that the effective place of concluding any dealings with us is Glencoe, Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa.
The use of the premises as well as staircase is at guests own risk
Occupancy is strictly according to the number of persons as per the confirmed reservation document, no one other than the confirmed guests are permitted to occupy the unit. Should you have a visitor that wish to stay over prior arrangement with the manager or owner is necessary 
Each unit has a maximum occupancy of guests that can be allowed due to the size of each apartment
The owner of the apartment and or his representative is to be allowed access to the property at any reasonable time during any holiday occupancy
