Le Verger Winelands Home

Winelands Home is situated in the centre of the unique Devon Valley on the western outskirts of Stellenbosch. The holiday house is the ideal base from which to explore the surrounding attractions in this part of the Winelands.

Winelands Home has 4 bedrooms designed to make you feel at home. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and leads to a kids' room with a single bed and a cot. A baby chair and bath can be provided if needed. Both bathrooms have a shower, toilet, and basin. The two guest bedrooms have queen-size beds. Amenities for all bedrooms include Daikin air conditioning, linens, electric blankets, blackout blinds, and quality linen.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and is equipped with a gas stove, electric stove/oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, and crockery. Guests also have access to a Nespresso machine as well as a dishwasher. The washer/dryer will ensure you have a comfortable long stay at Le Verger. The living area features a dining table, a comfortable couch, a TV, and a cosy fireplace.

The small garden area is enclosed and furnished with garden furniture to enjoy the covered braai facilities. Ample secure parking is available at Le Verger behind the gated fencing.

Guests have access to use the swimming pool at Le Verger.

Guests are encouraged to unpack their belongings, light the grill, open their favourite Stellenbosch wine, and unwind. Alternatively, guests can take a walk through the olive orchard or ride mountain bikes, while exploring the farm or the beautiful Devon Valley, where they will meet many local cyclists. Nearby activities include hiking, wine tasting, bird watching, cycling, and horse riding. Enjoy swimming in the pool at the top of the farm with the most amazing views of the Valley.

Check-In is possible from 14h00 and Check-Out time is by 10h00


Pre-Payment Policy
100% Deposit is required to secure your booking.
No Pets Allowed
No Smoking Allowed
No Parties

Cancellation Policy
If cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival, you are liable for 100% of the booking total
If cancelled 60-31 days prior to arrival, you are liable for 50% of the booking total.
An admin fee of up to 10% of the booking value is charged for cancellations made 61 days or more before arrival.
Early check out and no show - will forfeit full booking total

Parking
Kindly ensure that you park on the allocated parking spot. Failure to do so may result in Avemore Apartments incurring a fine which you would then be liable to pay. In the unlikely event that someone else has parked on your allocated spot, kindly take a picture of the vehicle registration number and send it to us so that we may report the matter to the relevant Body Corporate.

Breakage Deposit
There is no breakage deposit required, but guests will be invoiced upon Check-Out, should there be any breakages or stains on furniture/linen, additional cleaning will be charged in extreme cases. Breakages are payable within 7 days of receiving your breakage invoice.

We are happy to let you know that Avemore Winelands Home has a back-up power supply to cover you during electricity load-shedding which affects South Africa from time to time.
Please ensure that air conditioners are turned off when leaving the apartment.
Our back up system will make sure you have a wonderful stay.
