The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains an induction stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, cutlery, and crockery. The open-plan living area features a breakfast nook, a comfortable couch, and a TV. Guests have access to use the swimming pool at Le Verger. There is
free parking behind electric gates and fencing. This unit also has backup power.

Check-In is possible from 14h00 and Check-Out time is by 10h00


Pre-Payment Policy
100% Deposit is required to secure your booking.
No Pets Allowed
No Smoking Allowed
No Parties

Cancellation Policy
If cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival, you are liable for 100% of the booking total
If cancelled 60-31 days prior to arrival, you are liable for 50% of the booking total.
An admin fee of up to 10% of the booking value is charged for cancellations made 61 days or more before arrival.
Early check out and no show - will forfeit full booking total

Parking
Kindly ensure that you park on the allocated parking spot. Failure to do so may result in Avemore Apartments incurring a fine which you would then be liable to pay. In the unlikely event that someone else has parked on your allocated spot, kindly take a picture of the vehicle registration number and send it to us so that we may report the matter to the relevant Body Corporate.

Breakage Deposit
There is no breakage deposit required, but guests will be invoiced upon Check-Out, should there be any breakages or stains on furniture/linen, additional cleaning will be charged in extreme cases. Breakages are payable within 7 days of receiving your breakage invoice.

We are happy to let you know that Avemore Orchard Apartment has a back-up power supply to cover you during electricity load-shedding which affects South Africa from time to time.

Please also ensure that air conditioners are turned off when leaving the apartment.
Our back up system will make sure you have a wonderful stay.
