Originally designed as a conference room, My Venue transformed when the owner found themselves staying here due to the unavailability of Avemore apartments. Their time spent in this enchanting space inspired them to decorate it, making it their favourite place to retreat. With soaring ceilings, spacious areas, and stunning views, My Venue is the perfect destination for anyone seeking an unforgettable stay. Nestled in the breathtaking winelands of Stellenbosch, it serves as the ultimate romantic getaway, crafted to ensure that both summer and winter visits are memorable. Relax by the indoor fireplace with your newly released novel or enjoy the comfort of our king-size bed while watching your favourite film.

Check-In is possible from 14h00 and Check-Out time is by 10h00


Pre-Payment Policy
100% Deposit is required to secure your booking.
No Pets Allowed
No Smoking Allowed
No Parties

Cancellation Policy
If cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival, you are liable for 100% of the booking total
An admin fee of up to 10% of the booking value is charged for cancellations made 31 days or more before arrival.
Early check out and no show - will forfeit full booking total


Breakage Deposit
There is no breakage deposit required, but guests will be invoiced upon Check-Out, should there be any breakages or stains on furniture/linen, additional cleaning will be charged in extreme cases. Breakages are payable within 7 days of receiving your breakage invoice.

We are pleased to inform you that Avemore My Venue is equipped with a backup power supply to keep you covered during electricity load-shedding, which occasionally impacts South Africa, ensuring that your holiday experience remains uninterrupted.
Please ensure that air conditioners are turned off when leaving the apartment.
Our back up system will make sure you have a wonderful stay.
