Le Verger Manor House

Avemore Leverger Manor House is tucked away in a shady, green, and peaceful corner of the Stellenbosch Winelands in Devon Valley with stunning views of the olive groves, vineyards, and majestic Helderberg Mountains.

The manor house can accommodate up to 6 guests that comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. These bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms fitted with either a shower, bath and toilet or a shower and toilet only.

The self-catering kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, gas stove, microwave as well as tea- and coffee- making facilities.

Other amenities include a TV, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, pizza oven and a braai area including a communal pool.

The manor house has backup power during load shedding.

Secure parking and the electric gate, electrical fencing and security team ensure safety. The water supply may have a slight colour due to natural tannins, but it undergoes extensive purification and is safe to use.

Guests are welcome to meander through the olive grove, relax at the pool, or watch the sunset with the most spectacular view in Stellenbosch from the spacious veranda. Check-In is possible from 14h00 and Check-Out time is by 10h00


Pre-Payment Policy
100% Deposit is required to secure your booking.
No Pets Allowed
No Smoking Allowed
No Parties

Cancellation Policy
If cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival, you are liable for 100% of the booking total
If cancelled 60-31 days prior to arrival, you are liable for 50% of the booking total.
An admin fee of up to 10% of the booking value is charged for cancellations made 61 days or more before arrival.
Early check out and no show - will forfeit full booking total

Parking
Kindly ensure that you park on the allocated parking spot. Failure to do so may result in Avemore Apartments incurring a fine which you would then be liable to pay. In the unlikely event that someone else has parked on your allocated spot, kindly take a picture of the vehicle registration number and send it to us so that we may report the matter to the relevant Body Corporate.

Breakage Deposit
There is no breakage deposit required, but guests will be invoiced upon Check-Out, should there be any breakages or stains on furniture/linen, additional cleaning will be charged in extreme cases. Breakages are payable within 7 days of receiving your breakage invoice.

We are happy to let you know that Avemore Manor House has a back-up power supply to cover you during electricity load-shedding which affects South Africa from time to time.

Please  ensure that air conditioners are turned off when leaving the house.
 Our back up system will make sure you have a wonderful stay.
