The recently renovated old olive press has a bedroom furnished with a king-size bed and offers an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a toilet, and a basin.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, fridge, oven and stove. Other amenities include Wi-Fi and a braai area. Avemore Hidden Haven offers ample parking behind the electrical gate.
Do a bit of sunbathing and reading in your own sunny space. We have planted beautiful proteas in your little garden to enjoy, the small lemon tree is there to use when it has fruit .

Hidden Haven has a backup generator for power during load shedding, however, the electrical stove won't work.

Check-In is possible from 14h00 and Check-Out time is by 10h00


Pre-Payment Policy
100% Deposit is required to secure your booking.
No Pets Allowed
No Smoking Allowed
No Parties

Cancellation Policy
If cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival, you are liable for 100% of the booking total
If cancelled 60-31 days prior to arrival, you are liable for 50% of the booking total.
An admin fee of up to 10% of the booking value is charged for cancellations made 61 days or more before arrival.
Early check out and no show - will forfeit full booking total

Parking
Kindly ensure that you park on the allocated parking spot. Failure to do so may result in Avemore Apartments incurring a fine which you would then be liable to pay. In the unlikely event that someone else has parked on your allocated spot, kindly take a picture of the vehicle registration number and send it to us so that we may report the matter to the relevant Body Corporate.

Breakage Deposit
There is no breakage deposit required, but guests will be invoiced upon Check-Out, should there be any breakages or stains on furniture/linen, additional cleaning will be charged in extreme cases. Breakages are payable within 7 days of receiving your breakage invoice.

We are happy to let you know that Avemore Hidden Haven has a back-up power supply to cover you during electricity load-shedding which affects South Africa from time to time.

Please also ensure that air conditioners are turned off when leaving the apartment.
Our back up system will make sure you have a wonderful stay.
